Open Access Policy

Turkish Management Review (TMR) has adopted an open access policy, providing immediate and free access to all published content upon publication. Open access enhances the global exchange of knowledge and contributes to scientific advancement for the benefit of humanity. In this regard, TMR supports the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), adopted on September 12, 2012.

Accordingly, the open access principles endorsed by the Editorial Board of Turkish Management Review are consistent with those outlined in the Turkish translation of the Budapest Open Access Initiative
(http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/turkish-translation).

All articles published in Turkish Management Review are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits the use, reproduction, distribution, and dissemination of published articles, datasets, figures, and supplementary materials in data mining applications, search engines, websites, blogs, and all other platforms, provided that proper attribution is given.

The open access model facilitates interdisciplinary communication and encourages collaboration across different academic fields. In line with this approach, Turkish Management Review aims to enhance the accessibility of its articles and promote a transparent publication process, thereby adding academic value to its field.

Within the scope of its open access policy, Turkish Management Review encourages libraries to include the journal’s content in their library catalog records.

The publishers of Turkish Management Review, Nalan Sabır Taştan and Kürşat Taştan, hereby declare that no subscription fees or access charges will be requested from libraries or readers for access to the journal’s electronic articles.
