Aims & Scope

Turkish Management Review (TMR) is a peer-reviewed journal published electronically twice a year in June and December. TMR is an open-access e-journal. The general purpose of TMR is to publish the research findings of scientists and related researchers in the field of management science, to support the development of management science, to benefit the professional development of those interested in management science, to provide new perspectives for further research and to create a publishing platform with high impact factor. TMR publishes studies that deal with theoretical and applied issues in the fields of management sciences, leadership, strategy, organizational theory, human resources, organizational behaviour, quality management, business management, health institutions management, educational management, sports management and management history in Turkish or English. And also, studies from all disciplines related to management science (provided that there is a clear connection) publishes in TMR. TMR has been publishing electronically and all published works are offered to readers free of charge.
