In this research, the concept of "Inclusive Leadership" was discussed due to its increasing importance in recent years, and an effort was made to identify trends in the studies conducted over the years in the Web of Science (WOS) database. The research examined 3876 studies carried out between 1992 and 2024 using bibliometric analysis, and the findings were interpreted. It has been determined that interest in the concept has increased in recent years, leading to a rise in various studies on the subject across many countries worldwide. Through the analysis, the countries, researchers, institutions, and citations where the most studies on inclusive leadership have been conducted are identified. Variables were examined, and efforts were made to understand the significance of the concept of inclusive leadership. This research aims to provide insights for future researchers wishing to explore this field and to contribute to Turkish literature.
